**helloDarwin** est une _startup_ technologique qui aide les entreprises à planifier et à sous-traiter leurs projets technologiques à l'aide de véhicules financiers. Nous sommes supportés par du capital de risque (VC).

Nous sommes une équipe de 48 personnes à Montréal et prévoyons doubler l'équipe.

**L'emploi**:
Nous recherchons activement **un(e) directeur(trice) de compte **pour promouvoir ses services de consultation pour les détaillants Canadiens. Nous offrons des services de recherche de subvention et planification en transformation numérique.

Votre rôle sera de:

- Établir une stratégie de transformation numérique avec des entreprises de toutes tailles en utilisant la subvention PCAN Volet 2
- Planifier des plans de recherche de subvention avec vos clients
- Suivre et gérer votre portefeuille client dans l'écosystème helloDarwin

Voici un détails des principales responsabilités;
- Réaliser les rendez-vous prévus à votre agenda par l'équipe d'acquisition client.
- Cerner les besoins / objectifs de vos clients dans le développement numérique.
- Créer des stratégies personnalisés pour réaliser la transformation numérique de vos clients.
- Établir une connexion entre le client et la production, ainsi que faire le suivi du client à long terme.
- Planifier la sous-traitance des projets d'exécution en transformation numérique de vos clients

**À propos de toi**
- Expérience en agence marketing et/ou tu possèdes des connaissances en transformation numérique
- 2 ans d'expérience ou plus dans un poste similaire
- Tu sais naviguer adéquatement dans une conversation afin d’obtenir les informations nécessaires
- Débrouillard et autonome, tu n’as pas besoin de te faire _micromanager_
- Tu portes une attention particulière aux détails et tu as un esprit entrepreneurial
- Tu sais utiliser un CRM ainsi que la suite Google
- Tu es parfaitement bilingue

Type d'emploi : Temps plein, Permanent

Salaire : 50 000,00$ à 150 000,00$ par an
