**Be our new Identity and Access Management Analyst(IAM)**
You will be responsible for maintaining staff identity and access by supporting the organization’s identity and access management program through IAM request fulfillment, improvement of IAM processes, supporting IAM audits and working with various stakeholders towards the implementation of IAM automation.
You will also be involved in managing the account life cycle management for the organization. You will participate in the development of processes, documentation, system configuration, support, and optimization related to role-based access control, account lifecycle, audits, and compliance. You will also act as an escalation point for the support team for all matters relating to IAM.
**What you'll do**:
- Provide user account lifecycle management by activating, maintaining, and deactivating accounts according to pre-defined procedures and within service levels.
- Maintain good hygiene of identity and access platforms by ensuring that all dormant objects are remediated in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement and maintain automation for managing account lifecycle.
- Manage account permissions via RBAC according to predefined procedures and within agreed service levels.
- Assist with development, implementation, and support of RBAC.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on IAM processes and procedures.
- Ensure proper procedures are followed for authorization of access.
- Collaborate on the design, implementation, and support of IAM systems.
- Support the deployment of multi-factor authentication, single sign on, and mobile device management.
**What you bring**:
- Degree in information technology, business, or related field (or 4 years of relevant work experience).
- 5 years relevant experience administrating identity and access platforms in a business environment.
- Demonstrated success using Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, or other identity and access platforms.
- Experience using ServiceNow as an ITSM platform.
- Microsoft Professional Certifications Cloud certifications (Microsoft 365 or Azure).
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good communications skills, both technical and non-technical.
- Great attention to detail.
- Able to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and personal accountability.
