**职责和要求：**

1. 可以合法工作

2. 英语和国语流利，有较强的沟通表达能力，思维清晰，善于与学生和家长沟通

3. 学历背景要求建筑和室内设计方向本科以上学历，有相关高中大学教育工作背景或作品集教学经验优先考虑

4. 思维清晰，语言表达简洁干练，专业能力突出，具有自身的上课特点，善于与学生和家长沟通

5. 熟悉各类艺术院校对作品集的内容要求

6. 熟练使用各种office办公软件，优秀的绘画或电脑编辑软件使用基础优先考虑

7. 热爱教学，具备很好的教育责任感，对学生和学校负责。

8. 教授建筑与室内设计作品集的制作技巧，包括但不限于CAD，SketchUp，3DSMAX，Rhino，MAYA，Adobe等软件的使用

9. 指导学生熟练掌握渲染软件，如V-RAY，Lumion等

10. 推动学生学习并应用BIM应用，提高他们的设计整合能力；

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $17.27-$35.76 per hour
