We are currently seeking a digital marketer to become an integral part of our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute and support an SEO/SEM strategy for an entire product vertical
- Leverage your expertise to optimize both traffic and conversion rates for our customers
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Support our product roadmap, ensuring that SEO best practices are properly implemented during the development process
- Work across departments to ensure that SEO considerations are accounted for in the content creation process
- Stay on-top of latest trends to ensure our websites are always one step (or ten steps) ahead of the competition
- Conduct ongoing audits to track progress, presenting your findings to management and refining your strategy accordingly
- Development and execution of results-driven social media strategy and initiatives
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
- Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels
- Help with copywriting and correspondence. - Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Assist in the selection and remuneration of competition winners across Social Media platforms
- Identify, develop and maintain relationships with highly engaged players across social media channels
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, and deliver channel insights to internal team and stakeholders using industry analytics tools
- Plan, create, optimize and scale campaigns across all paid marketing channels (search social, display) as well as test and experiment with new advertising channels
- Report regularly on social media activities. Identify goals and measure progress, leveraging your analysis to improve our social efforts over time.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of SEO/SEM success
- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills, with a passion to use data to inform decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with a variety of website analytics tools
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

**Requirements**:

- Relevant education in Marketing and Communications (I.e., Bachelor of Commerce/Arts, Diploma in Business/Marketing and/or Social Media)
- Ability to work independently and within a team atmosphere
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
