**Who You Are**

The Client Growth Manager is responsible for identifying and uncovering new opportunities through prospecting and referrals and nurturing those sales opportunities from identification to close.

**A Day in the Life of a Client Growth Manager**
- Pipeline development - conduct discovery calls, position SafeStart and win sales opportunities
- Prospect (cold call) and engage with key influencers at organizations
- Keep up to date CRM data with accurate customer and pipeline information
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop monthly and annual sales strategies and analyses, set quotas, implement sales action plans
- Attend conferences, tradeshows, workshops, and other events as needed (2-3 times per year)
- General office administration duties

**Need to Haves**
- Post-secondary diploma or degree
- Proven B2B sales success in prospecting, cold calling, and winning high dollar amount sales over the phone
- Consultative and solution-based selling knowledge and experience
- Proven ability to penetrate and engage conversations at the executive level
- Experience managing and winning complex sales cycles
- Demonstrated success at maintaining a consistent call/activity volume and achieving measurable goals
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Strong computer literacy - CRM, MS Office Suite
- Passionate, creative, driven, and customer focused
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Valid passport and ability to travel within North America
- Ability to maintain confidential information

**Nice to Haves**
- A proven track record of success selling into enterprise accounts; over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past roles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
