Belleville, Canada Alair Homes Full time

We are an award-winning construction company who is part of a larger mission, making the construction industry better and more transparent for our clients, our trades and ourselves. Within our area, the greater Quinte area, we are aiming to continue improving. We are seeking an incredible individual who has years of construction experience, business experience and a general want to help their community and this business. Culture is paramount, so you must be able to fit in with our team flawlessly, while also wanting to impose change that will help this team grow and become stronger, smarter and more profitable. In exchange, we offer flexible working hours, bonuses and profit sharing and more importantly becoming part of this team and the greater Alair network. This will provide unlimited options to work within the Alair network, our area, or abroad with virtually no ceiling. Our goal is to never stop improving and to create the strongest, most innovative construction service business in the area.

Alair Homes is quickly becoming the strongest name in residential construction across North America. With 100 offices in Canada and the US, it is on it’s way to truly change the construction industry for the better. With a growing culture of learning, acceptance and a strive for the ultimate client, trade and employee experience, it is a life changing business. Within our chapter, based out of Belleville, ON, we have grown from humble beginnings to a strong name in the area in building custom projects for local clients and those abroad. Specializing in a transparent experience, Alair Homes has figured out how to truly partner with their clients in building their dream home, secondary residences and investment properties. The key being a transparent method of communication between trades, clients and ourselves, we have the ability to create raving fans and lifelong clients. Our success only comes after the success of our projects, our trades and ultimately our clients.

As this business has grown, it is now looking for someone with immense construction and business experience who wants to be a part of an incredible business and franchise. Essentially entering at the ground floor, we are looking for someone who wants to work hard and help grow the business. While experience is key, it’s also important to know that there will be much learning, as Alair operates in a different way than the majority of other residential construction businesses in this area. It’s a collaborative team effort, where we value your opinion and your thoughts from day one. If it can help us improve, we all want to dive in.

The right person will have that previous experience, preferably from our area, but will also have general business experience and a want for more in their career. Within this franchise model, there is an unlimited potential for growth and prosperity and the ownership group within this office is looking for the right person to partner with within this growth. Building on strong projects, processes and culture, they want to grow from one office to multiple, which requires the drive from the right team members. We are currently looking for that team member.
