Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Process new listing documents (price changes, extensions), etc., enter listing information and appointment instructions
- Upload and Update Listings On MLS
- Prepare correspondence, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, delivery and filing
- Properly maintain workspace to reflect professional image
- Assist in planning company events
- Communication with clients, customers, and Team
Required Qualifications:
- Extremely detailed oriented
- Creative and resourceful
- Must have excellent grammatical and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Respectful, Professional, Enthusiastic, Positive attitude,
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kimberley, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
