Associate People Success Manager

Reporting to the Manager, People Success - Enablement, this is a new position within the People Success team. People enablement seeks to answer the questions: what people will we need, how will we train them, what will they need to succeed? As we plan for growth, the tools and talent needed to meet our goals must be part of the equation
YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:
**Tactical**
- Support the execution of company-wide onboarding through program development, logistics management, leading onboarding sessions and serving as POC for new Algolians through their first 90 days at the company
- Support the execution of a robust learning & development program to support Algolians at all levels to launch and grow their careers
- Support People Operations and People Business Partners through performance and promotion processes as needed; ensure L&D content supports employees' development targets
- Assist in the operationalization of Algolia's remote-first workplace strategy; ensure all employees have an equitable onboarding and L&D experience, regardless of location
- Ongoing review of survey data to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs and initiatives; provide recommendations to improve future strategies that position Algolia as an Employer of Choice around the world
- Leverage existing tools (Blinkist, LinkedIn Learning, etc.) to create custom content for Algolia's learning needs; advise on opportunities for additional and or alternative tools and resources
- Leverage Algolia's current Knowledge Management System for enhanced learning and communication opportunities at the company level
- Own Greenhouse Onboarding and partner with People Ops and Talent Acquisition to review and update as needed
- Support the Sr. People Success Manager in acting as a thought leader on policies, procedures, and programs as it relates to organizational development and the overall employee experience.
- Seek constant opportunities for improvement as we strive to respond in-real time to our employees' (our customers) needs.
**Communication**
- Proactively enhance our culture and community with consistent communications and a service mindset
- Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams, particularly Talent Acquisition, People Operations, People Business Partners, Security, Revenue Enablement (and other specialty enablement teams as that are built), the CSE, and IT
- In partnership with all People teams, create a dynamic, purpose-driven workforce culture of the future that continues to support an increasingly distributed and remote international workforce through thoughtful communication and programming
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- 3+ years of program management, customer relationship management, OD/talent management experience, or the equivalent
- Experience in a growing organization where ambiguity, quick decision-making, and change agility skills are an everyday occurrence; ability to pivot as needed
- Experience in identifying and achieving alignment around short-term milestones to meet long term objectives
- Experience defining and executing implicit and explicit objectives on multiple parallel programs
- Strong analytical skills and systems thinking required
- Strong program and relationship management capabilities, user
- and solutions-focused
