Role: People Experience Program Associate
Reporting to: Program Manager
Role Summary
As a People Experience Associate, you bring passion, energy and commitment to supporting our initiatives and programs that enhance and elevate our people’s engagement and experience. Your creativity, organizational skills and enthusiasm for learning will be your key success factors and you will benefit from access to global talent and resources, world class training programs and an opportunities to learn and grow across multiple functions.
- Employee Engagement Programs:
- Assist in designing, plan, and execute a variety of engagement programs and activities, such as team-building events and workshops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engagement initiatives with organizational goals.
- Communication and Feedback:
- Establish effective communication channels to gather feedback from employees regarding their experiences and suggestions for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance internal communication and transparency within the organization.
- Wellness and Work-Life Balance:
- Introduce wellness programs and initiatives to support employees' physical and mental well-being.
- Advocate for work-life balance and implement policies that contribute to a healthy and productive workplace.
- Recognition and Rewards:
- Create and manage employee recognition programs to acknowledge outstanding performance and contributions.
- Collaborate with management to ensure that recognition aligns with the organization's values and objectives.
- Professional Development:
- Support the implementation of career development programs to enhance employee skills and growth within the organization.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a fair and inclusive environment for all employees.
- Employee Surveys and Analytics:
- Conduct regular surveys to assess employee engagement levels and gather insights for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of engagement programs, and provide recommendations for adjustments.
- Program Operations:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the People Team.
- Maintain data management, tracking and reporting for the program.
- Create and deliver internal employee communications and collateral.
- Assist People Experience Program Manager by coordinating volunteer program across hub cities.
- Support People Experience Program Manager on other initiatives and tasks as required.
- Primary contact that manages the People Team’s mailbox.
- Liaise with internal teams on internal initiative and employee events.
- Host events with introductions and announcements for on-site and virtual events.
- Work with caterers and external vendors to support employee events.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational, researching and planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms) and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities.
- Ability to travel to our offices in the Greater Toronto Area.
