This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage parts and service requests, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of parts, ensuring availability and accuracy of stock levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technicians and sales representatives, to ensure seamless coordination of parts and service requests.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs, provide updates on order status, and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Provide repair and service quotes to customers
- Monitor and track outstanding parts orders
- Maintain accurate records of all parts and service transactions, including order details and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the aerial industry or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
