Translation and Ccms Associate Admin, Co-op

Job Summary
As a Translation Admin, you will help manage translation requests from multiple departments within Dematic and assign that work to Localization Service Providers. This role requires strong communication, organization, and record keeping skills. You will work closely with Technical Writers and other content creators, as well as project owners who need documentation translated for their projects.
In addition to managing translation projects, this role requires you to create, edit, and maintain technical documentation in a DITA XML content management system. You will also support a large team of Technical Writers with using DITA XML and the content management system, including converting content from MS Word to DITA format. Familiarity with DITA would be useful but is not required.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Job Responsibilities- Manage translation requests.- Communicate with multiple Localization Service Providers and evaluate quotes.- Communicate with internal stakeholders who have translation requests.- Carefully track translation requests through all stages, from request to delivery, including forwarding invoices for payment.- Assist with technical writing assignments if required.- Assist with DITA content conversion tasks.
