Client Manager with Retail Experience

A dynamic and organized individual who is independent and thrives in a fast paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit. Appreciates fashion and quality home furnishings in a retail store environment. Experience in retail is an advantage and must be willing to work Saturdays and Sundays. Must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent computer skills and able to multi task. Post secondary education an asset.

**Key Responsibilities**

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Greet, inform and assist customers as necessary both in person/over the phone
- Display a customer-driven attitude by providing exceptional service
- Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
- Input customer orders and all other transactions
- Manage after sales service issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with vendors and operations team to ensure customer service issues are adequately handled

**Skills and Abilities**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a customer-driven environment
- Exceptional reading and written language skills
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to multi task

**Job Type: Full Time**
- Ability to work weekends is required

**Required Experience**:

- 1-2 years retail customer service
- Retail furniture experience is preferred

**Required Education**:

- High school or equivalent
- Post secondary education an asset

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
