**Responsibilities**:
The Program Administrator manages the learning activities developed in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and offered to faculty at the School’s London and Windsor campuses and to physicians and other healthcare providers across the Southwest Ontario region. The role is responsible for the overall management of learning activities including supporting the assessment of learning needs, participating in the program development process, overseeing the planning, delivery and evaluation of delivered events, and supporting the development of innovative methods of program design and delivery.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Education, Health or other related field
- Masters degree in Adult Education or Health-related discipline is preferred

**Experience**:

- 5 years’ work experience in an academic or education setting delivering programs, managing committees and following processes
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials is considered an asset

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and follow through on work assignments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and set appropriate priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Self-motivated multi-tasker with strong organizational skills
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities for the CPD program
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence dealing with all levels of an organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coach team members as well as support internal/external clients
- Ability to work well under pressure and use good judgment in assessing difficult situations
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office for spreadsheet design, word processing and database management
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours
