Established in 2007, Royale Grande Property Management Ltd. is an ACMO 2000 and ISO 9001:2015 certified bespoke condominium management company located in Toronto, Ontario.

We are seeking to add an experienced condominium manager to our Team to assume responsibility for the management of a condominium community in Toronto.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Day to day operations of the corporation
- Managing relationships with directors, owners, contractors, employees
- Hiring, training and supervising all building employees
- Overseeing the financial operations
- Negotiating contracts and overseeing contractors
- Preparing for and attending monthly board meetings and annual general meetings
- Ensuring compliance with the Declaration, By-laws and Rules of the Corporation
- Conducting regular property inspections and required follow-up
- Ensuring emergency procedures are current and implemented
- Ensuring preventive and seasonal maintenance programs are current and implemented

Skills and Experiences:

- Licensed
- Ability to take on leadership role and ensure smooth operation of the building
- Great team-player
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills
