**Consumer - Insights Analyst**

**Permanent, full-time**

**Toronto, hybrid, 3 days/week**

The **Consumer Insights Analyst** is responsible for ensuring the voice of the consumer is heard in all business decisions. This role will support management of consumer insights for Coffee Maker portfolio as well as leading the consumer Panel and shopper insights, reporting to Consumer Insights Manager for Hot Portfolio.

This position will work closely with members of the Insights team as well as with key functions such as Marketing, Innovation, Trade Strategy, Category Management and Commercial teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and simplify consumer, category, shopper insights from multiple sources into relevant priorities and translate into clear, actionable implications.
- Regroup consumer insights from different platforms to deepen our understanding of consumer and cultural trends to better predict needs, preferences and opportunities.
- Participate to quantitative and qualitative research to make recommendations for coffee maker growth in a meaningful, actionable way.
- Establish clear projects briefs, manage execution and build actionable insights from custom research with our proprietary consumer panel on projects such as Brand Positioning/Messaging/Concepts and Shopping behaviours.
- Support further usage & development of our proprietary Panel on areas such as Packaging evaluation, sensory testing and flavour preference (TURF) along with current insights on the Panel
- Manage the update of recurrent reports to understand Keurig brand performance, consumer’s and shopper’s behavior evolution.
- Leverage insights for AFH brewer team and understand relevant data sources to drive growth
- Support the Keurig Connected insights by working closely with the Keurig.ca team
- Support new consumer/shopper insights tools implementation (including AI integration) to ensure optimized usage by potential users and seamless integration.
- Support Insights lead on budget management, setting up of new vendors, liasing with agencies on invoicing.

**The Qualifications**:

- 3+years of work experience in consumer insights, market research or related field (e.g. consumer research, management consulting, strategy, data analytics, etc.).
- Beverage or CPG experience preferred.
- Combination of client side and supplier, consulting experience preferred
- Experience collaborating and managing research across media, creative agency partners
- Strong presentation skills to put research into context for business teams
- Intellectual Curiosity and a deep hunger to learn, willingness to experiment, leveraging AI
- Ability to manage complex data and turn it into relevant insights

**COMPETENCIES**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.):

- Proficiency in Nielsen (Consumption, Panel, BASES)
- Understanding of different market research tools from agencies and partners
