**Parts Technician - Night Shift**

Tiger is seeking a Parts Technician at our Nisku, Alberta facility responsible for the ordering, receiving, delivery, disbursement, and record keeping of parts and materials.

**What you will do in this role**:
- Pull parts from inventory and supply to mechanics and field maintenance.
- Ownership of the parts room and parts.
- Issue parts on repair orders.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory counts.
- Keep the warehouse in a neat and tidy order.
- Source parts from suppliers and work with procurement on purchasing.
- Manage bin locations, part numbers, min/max and dead inventory.
- Ship and receive materials as needed.
- Adhere to Tiger’s Safety Management System policies and procedures.
**What we are looking for**:
- Journeyman Parts Technician certification would be considered an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
- Experience working with bin locations, part numbers, safety stock and min/max.
- Experience with cycle counts and inventory counts.
- Experience with data entry on work orders.
- Five years + experience working with industrial, heavy-duty truck parts and consumables in a transportation shop.
- Attention to detail with strong planning, organizational and communication skills.
- Experience working with consignment inventory.
- Experience operating a forklift would be an asset.
- Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements including drug and alcohol and health assessment.
