Maintenance Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Parts Coordinator to join our team at Tiger Calcium Services Inc. in Nisku, Alberta.
About the RoleAs a Maintenance Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the parts room, sourcing parts from suppliers, and working with procurement on purchasing. You will also be responsible for issuing parts on repair orders, performing cycle counts and inventory counts, and maintaining the warehouse in a neat and tidy order.
Key Responsibilities- Pull parts from inventory and supply to mechanics and field maintenance teams.
- Manage bin locations, part numbers, safety stock, and min/max levels.
- Source parts from suppliers and work with procurement on purchasing.
- Issue parts on repair orders.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory counts.
- Maintain the warehouse in a clean and organized state.
- Ship and receive materials as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Five years of experience working with industrial, heavy-duty truck parts and consumables in a transportation shop.
- Attention to detail and strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working with consignment inventory.
- Experience with data entry on work orders.
- Journeyman Parts Technician certification would be considered an asset.
