**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The primary focus of the Training Support and Administrative Systems Officer position is to accurately input data into the EOIS-CaMS information management system. As a key contributor to the organization's backend operations, the job centers around the accurate input and organization of data into various systems and databases. This position involves mínimal client interaction, the focus is on technical proficiency in data entry.

The incumbent is responsible for entering, verifying, and reviewing the data to ensure it is entered in accordance with established Literacy and Basic Skills guidelines and procedures. The incumbent will ensure that all client information gathered is kept secured and confidential.
- Maintain information tracking systems relating to client records.
- Ensuring accuracy of the MLITSD database EOIS-CaMS.
- Collection of departmental statistics
- Coordinating the collection and processing of client information with community-based Essential Skills facilitators and Academic Upgrading staff.
- Create client case files, ensuring that any referrals, milestones, culminating tasks, and surveys are entered into the EOIS-CaMS database for each client before closing.
- Utilize the student record system (Banner) database to create course registration numbers (CRNs), and transferring course CRNs from term to term.
- Prepare the Training and Support Allowance for Academic Upgrading students and Essential Skills clients utilizing the Learning Management Platform DC Connect, ensuring compliance with MLITSD guidelines.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. A minimum of a three-year diploma/degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

2. A minimum of five (5) years of work experience with detailed knowledge of and proven ability in the use of the EOIS-CaMS Ministry database.

3. Knowledge of Banner student information system is preferred.

4. Familiarity with Literacy & Basic Skills policies and guidelines.

5. Advanced MS Office Suite skills.

**Required Skills**:
Starting Rate: $33.38; Four Year Rate: $38.75
