As the
**Customer Service Coordinator**, you should be a passionate
***customer service and sales expert
***who plays a key role in supporting the Sales team in ensuring excellent operational standards and achieving sales targets.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of customer service operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to guarantee customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.

You are a champion when it comes to building trust-based relationships with customers, keeping them well informed by providing advice on products dispatched and currently on order, and expediting improved deliveries when required.

You are an effective multi-tasker who is able to ensure the timely and accurate processing of quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, and other customer-related requests through the sales office with effectiveness and efficiency. As part of the sales team, you will contribute to the success of managing customer expectations and maximizing sales.

With your high attention to detail and strong customer service skills, you will assist in providing proactive solutions while engaging with a range of key stakeholders such as the Sales Manager, Regional Sales Team, and Supply Chain (Order Fulfilment, Logistics, Warehouse).

**Key Technical Criteria**:

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken**(required)**:

- A minimum of 2 year’s experience in a customer service or customer support role
- Experience working in Manufacturing, Industrial, Foundry, and Mining (preferred)
- Experience using Salesforce (preferred)
