**Key Responsibilities**:
**Critical Qualifications**:

- Negotiate Bell Access and Marketing agreements with rental portfolios, and property management companies within assigned territories
- Manage a defined set of accounts; ensuring business process alignment, relationship quality, and partnership compliance
- Proactively strive to build “partnership” style relationships focusing on integration at all levels. Interacting with various individuals at the corporate client to solve problems, build strong partnerships, and uncover new opportunities
- Drive major account relationships and support strategic business development initiatives and revenue objectives
- Conduct formal and informal presentations to industry executives, senior managers and building decision makers
- Processing contracts into internal database, pulling reports from internal sources, and formulating contracts as required.
- Liaise with numerous internal Bell teams, in addition to external vendors and clients to process required documents and customer requestsAdditional administrative responsibilities as required

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of business development/account management
- Strong sales skills, particularly in relationship development, account management and portfolio management
- Experience with complex contract negotiations, budgets, and forecasting models
- Extensive knowledge of Bell and competitor services in the residential market
- Experience in the residential condo or rental market is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills - team player who enjoys a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Detail oriented with analytical mindset
- Confident presentation style with ability to connect with diverse audiences in person and virtually
- High proficiency with Microsoft suite of products including PowerPoint and Excel
- Working knowledge of Salesforce is preferred, but not required
- Work experience in Business Development/Sales/Marketing
- Post-secondary Business degree is preferred
- Valid Driver’s Licence with daily access to a vehicle
- Schedule Flexibility - occasional evening attendance at industry and client hosting events
- Primary area of responsibility is GTA
