This Corporate Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for assisting in collecting, recording, and disseminating information, related to accounts payable and receivable.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Corporate payables processing and payments.
- Credit card payments processing, allocation, and chargeback.
- Payables processing and payments for US entities managed by Terracap.
- Bank reconciliations for the corporate and US entities.
- Corporate revenue accounting (fees billing).
- Corporate AR / expense chargeback to properties / entities.
- Corporate deposits / receipts and banking.
- Recoveries of leasing salaries from properties.
- Other duties may be assigned by Corporate Controller.

**Experience & Technical Skills**
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, including responsibilities encompassing accounts payable and receivable.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or business is an asset.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of various accounting software; Yardi Voyager is considered an asset.
- Property Management experience with commercial / retail property accounting preferred.
