Job description

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Information Systems & Digital team in Montreal. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as Change Manager.

**Your main responsibilities**:
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of change management activities with project goals
Assess change readiness and develop change management plans to mitigate resistance and increase adoption
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that end-users are prepared for changes
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of change management activities and provide recommendations for improvement
Manage and maintain documentation related to change management activities
Provide guidance and support to project teams on change management best practices
Ensure that SAP changes are managed effectively and efficiently
Communicate with stakeholders about upcoming changes and address any concerns or questions they may have

**Qualifications**:
PROSCI certification is required
Strong background in change management, with experience in SAP change management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with project management methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).
