**Job Summary**:
As a Broker you should have experience in a medium to large real estate brokerage, have worked in an agent supervisory capacity, have an understanding of operating a real estate brokerage at a provincial level, a collaborative approach, and a strong work ethic.
In this role you will work together in a collaborative environment to support the successful administration of Real Broker operations in the Province. Working with the designated broker to support our agents in the delivery of exceptional real estate brokerage service to their clients, this position will assist in all operational elements necessary to comply with the provincial licensing requirements, REALTOR association membership, and MLS participation, along with the transaction review process, compliance training, and risk management.***

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Be a member in good standing with the Canadian Real Estate Association, Provincial regulator, local MLS Board Associations, and any other associations the Company may be affiliated with, that pertain to the brokerage operation under Brokers licensing jurisdiction.
- Enforce the Company’s Values, Policies & Procedures.
- Timely complete and follow through on all tasks as assigned through the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker.
- Utilize company provided tools, technology and methods of communication.
- Represent Real Brokerage's values to its agents, customers, clients, and the community.
- Work under direction and Supervision of Provincial Designated Broker. May be responsible for supervising the company’s agents working within the Provincial jurisdiction, including but not limited to:

- Deliver exceptional brokerage support to agents in their representation of clients and customers
- Train and support agents in understanding of contracts, risk management, licensing, and real estate law
- Promptly responds to agents request for assistance
- Effectively consult and engage with agents and others in problem-solving of matters associated with difficult or complex transaction issues
- Performs timely contract reviews in the Company's Transaction Management System to ensure legal and contractual compliance of transactions
- FINTRAC training and compliance
- Ongoing enhancement of and compliance with company-wide and individual provincial brokerage operations manuals
- Supports innovation in how the company can efficiently support its growing provincial agent base in terms of brokerage operations, with the ability to implement systems and processes.
- Work with regulatory bodies and associations
- Work cross functionally with all departments to support all regulatory transaction and brokerage processes
- Other duties may be assigned

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Must hold an active real estate broker’s license in good standing with continuing education credits in real estate, management, and legal compliance
- Ability to support the management of at least 20+ agents at a given time
- Previous experience in a medium to large (at least 20+) brokerage firm, specifically from operations or compliance perspective
- Have a keen interest in and high understanding of legal obligations of real estate professionals under the provincial and federal law
- Must have a full knowledge of Provincial and Local Board Forms, Contracts, Real Estate Laws, Regulations, Rules and Updates/Changes.
- Experience and knowledge of CREA, Provincial Regulatory & FINTRAC compliance
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Capable of working with internal partners to facilitate successful results
- Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems using good judgment
- Virtual brokerage experience strongly preferred
- Possess the highest degree of integrity
- Tech proficient, highly adaptable and driven

**Education and Experience**:

- BA/MBA strongly preferred
- Active Real Estate Broker’s license required
- High School Diploma/GED required
