**About the position**

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with in-depth knowledge of our

product offerings, real estate investment, and investor subscription procedures. The

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to boost sales growth

and achieve success in the passive real estate investment.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including high net worth

individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay

updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
