Assister la présidente et/ou la directrice générale de FAQ dans tous les dossiers relatifs à la justice et à la sécurité publique

Examiner les différents rapports et recherches ayant trait à la justice et à la sécurité publique des femmes autochtones au Québec et au Canada

Relever les différentes recommandations ayant trait à l’amélioration de la justice et de la sécurité publique des femmes autochtones

Rédiger les demandes de contributions financières relatives à ces dossiers

Représenter FAQ aux comités gouvernementaux et non gouvernementaux, aux colloques, aux tables de concertation, aux assemblées générales annuelles et lors d’événements spéciaux touchant la justice et la sécurité publique

Rédiger les rapports mensuels et annuels, les rapports d’étape, les mémoires et tous documents pertinents visant la promotion de la vision de FAQ en matière de justice et de sécurité publique

Demeurer en contact permanent avec les fonctionnaires des ministères ou secrétariats concernés par la question de la justice et de la sécurité publique

Organiser et coordonner des réunions et des événements spéciaux sur la justice pour les femmes autochtones (rassemblements, ateliers, table de concertation, comité ad hoc, séminaire)

Organiser et coordonner les réunions entre FAQ et les organismes gouvernementaux et non gouvernementaux (Ministère de la Justice, Sécurité publique, BAVAC, Droits de la personne, etc.) qui s’occupe de la justice et de la sécurité publique

Assister et /ou participer activement à des conférences portant sur la justice et la sécurité publique en milieu autochtone au Québec ou à l’extérieur du Québec

Coordonner les recherches et les publications de FAQ en matière de justice et de sécurité publique.

Rédiger des mémoires, recommandations ou autres documents officiels visant à l’amélioration de la justice et de la sécurité des femmes autochtones et à la promotion de la vision de FAQ en matière de justice et sécurité publique pour les femmes autochtones

Créer et développer des outils de formation et de présentation reliées à la justice et à la sécurité publique des femmes autochtones et adaptée aux différents public
