**How you will create impact**:

- Executing with accountability to drive sustainable top-line revenue growth within Group Benefits Sales specialty markets, you will contribute directly and motivationally empower a future Sales team to attract new clients, cross-sell clients, and increase revenue from existing clients within Group Benefits Sales specialty markets.
- Providing leadership support and guidance to sales teams for financial negotiations, relationship development with distribution partners, sales plan development, and instilling a motivational culture to achieve sales goals.
- As a member of the GB leadership team, collaboratively contributing to the development of strategic plans.
- Acting as a project owner and providing guidance on marketing plans, incentive compensation plans, product development, pricing, underwriting, and administration.
- Creating and managing sales and account management processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory, industry guidelines, and corporate policies.
- Leading and engaging your team to deliver strategic objectives through effective coaching and mentoring, identifying and developing emerging talent, and fostering an innovative, collaborative, and agile culture.

- You initiate new strategies to capitalize on opportunities and lead the implementation of organizational change.
- You foster innovation and continuous improvement with a focus on client experience.
- You create a high-performance culture through alignment of your team’s work with organizational goals and successfully convey messages with a sense of positive advocacy.
- You develop others to ensure the evolving needs of the organization will be met and build effective relationships to achieve key business objectives.

**To join our team**:

- You have 7-10 years of related experience, including multi years of experience in Group Benefits Sales business development and relationship management.
- You hold or are open to obtaining Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation.
- You are knowledgeable in Group Benefits Savings products, pricing, contracts, guidelines, standards, system capabilities, administrative practices, and service offerings.
- You are an experienced people leader, well-skilled in leading business development/sales and client management teams that have successfully achieved high-level of client satisfaction while delivering revenue growth and achieving retention goals.

**What you need to know**:

- You will travel occasionally.
- Detail oriented work that requires a moderate degree of mental concentration for extended periods of time.
- Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
- This role involves direct contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment.
- You are required to have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
- As a leader, strict confidentiality is required with respect to sensitive matters and employees’ personal information.
