- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop promotional strategies that drive traffic and sales.
- Maintain an organized store layout that reflects current pricing and promotions.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Strong background in retail sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in cashiering and handling financial transactions accurately.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and store presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
