We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client accounts. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting

**Qualifications**
**- Home service industry experience or plumbing and HVAC experience**:

- Well versed in Service Titan**:

- Sales training**:

- Google marketing/ads experience**:

- Proven track record of success in sales management, with a focus on account management and business development
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and drive results through coaching and motivation
- Experience in technology sales or related field is preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving targets and exceeding expectations
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly
