Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a SEQ Advisor, Fleet Maintenance Shop on a permanent basis at our Region Office in Regina, SK reporting to the Manager, Fleet Safety & Compliance.

**Who we are**:
**What you’ll do**:
SEQ Management Programs
- You will be responsible for the development and execution of an annual Safety Management Plan
- You will develop and implement an Environmental Management Program
- You will be responsible for regular reporting on quality incident trends, and recommendations for correcting actions.
- You will be responsible for contractor qualification, ensuring contractors meet or exceed SEQ requirements deemed necessary for the scope of work to be performed.

Incident Management
- You will provide emergency response for shop safety and environmental incidents, attending major incidents as soon as possible and acting as the main point of contact. This will include reporting incidents to regulatory bodies as required.
- You will ensure the completion of incident investigations, confirming root cause analysis and resulting corrective actions are applied
- You will lead return to work activity as part of WCB incident management.

Training, Records Management, and Audit
- You will be responsible for the development and execution of an SEQ training plan for shop operations. As part of this, you will ensure training records are managed in accordance with regulatory, corporate, and department requirements.
- You may act as a point of contact for external regulatory bodies pertaining to compliance audits of FCL’s Fleet Maintenance Shop.

Workplace Inspections & Work Observations
- You will lead thorough workplace safety inspections, ensuring that any necessary corrective measures are completed in a timely manner.
- You will lead hazard analyses, job demands analysis, preferred methods observations, and work conditions assessments, making recommendations to the Manager, Fleet Asset Performance for corrective actions.
- You will perform internal SEQ audits on work processes, ensuring standard processes are documented and requirements are adhered to.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Health, Safety, Security, & Environment (HSSE) & Sustainability and:

- You have a two-year diploma. Those with a certificate in Heavy Duty Mechanics, Heavy Equipment, or Commercial Truck and Transport Technology may also be considered.
- You have a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience in safety management or fleet maintenance, with a preference for experience in both.
- A CRSP or CHSC designation or a relevant quality assurance certification would be considered an asset.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
