Crew Resource Administrator/crew Scheduler

Pacific Coastal Airlines is headquartered at the South Terminal building at Vancouver International Airport. We fly scheduled and charter service between busy international airports, remote destinations, and beautiful communities in the province of British Columbia and Southern Alberta.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Continuous audits and adjustments of daily Crew Schedules to verify Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) compliancy
- Support Operations Control Centre (OCC) during IROPs (irregular operations)
- Assist flight crew with all schedule related request including sick calls and personal leave days
- Liaise with the Crew Resource Manager to ensure all monthly crew training requirements are met
- Update crew information in the Payroll Application, prepare payroll reports and crew time sheets
- Assist with preparation of monthly training checklists and calendars
- Update information in Crew Scheduling software as directed by the Crew Resource Manager
- Book flights, car rentals and hotels for training, and track costs
- Provide external training simulator facilities with training schedules
- Track training progress - ensure all initial scheduled training is completed prior to release - Line Indoctriction, Line Checks, Route qualifications
- Assist crew scheduling department with making adjustments to line checks and line indoctrination pairings where necessary
- Assist with reviewing current and future training plans
- Assist with manual adjustments required for Crew Schedules
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Experience**
- One (1) year of experience in crew scheduling or the airline industry preferred
- Strong administrative skills with keen eye for details
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel and other MS Office programs
- Knowledge of the Intelysis, BlueOne, Crew Payroll App softwares is considered an asset
- Good understanding of (CARS) and Transport Canada flight crew training requirements
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
