Join Our Team as a Crew Technician

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch exterior services? We are seeking a reliable and motivated Crew Technician to join our ranks. If you're hardworking, determined, and possess excellent communication and time management skills, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Work in a fast-paced, fun environment alongside a team of 2-3 other techs.
- Perform exterior services including window cleaning and power washing.
- Develop essential skills in customer service, communication, and sales.
- Unlock opportunities for advancement not only during this summer season but also in future summers.

Qualifications:

- Available to work full-time (30-40 hours/week) throughout the summer (May through July/August).
- Access to reliable transportation to and from job sites, as locations may vary daily.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Tips

Work Location: In person
