**The job responsibilities**:

- **Coordinate, and manage **our busy clinic of staff and patients
- Educate, screen and inspire in calling prospective patients from incoming phone or internet leads to schedule a free consultation and examination
- Present treatment and financial payment plans while extolling the virtues of our doctor, system of care and clinic.
- Educating while answering questions, and addressing any objections and uncertainties regarding towards achieving case acceptance
- Manage BUSY Office with 3 assistants and one doctor
- cover front desk
- Marketing assistant
- Excellent wages based on experience
- 40 hours / week, this is a permanent position,
- Superb working environment with a culture of organizational.

**Experience**:

- Preferred a Minimum 4-year experience as a Clinic manager, treatment coordinating is an asset as well. Chiropractic Office management is also valued.
- Experience might alternatively include management position with marketing and sales,
