**Job Title: Real Estate Front Office Receptionist**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain the tidiness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Handle general office duties and support various departments as needed
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
