**Education**:
Completion of a University degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field or an equivalent of 4 years of recent experience (defined as within the last five years) working and performing the same or similar tasks. This education equivalency is in addition to the experiential requirements outlined below.
**Experience**:
One (1) year related experience supporting clients learning technologies solutions to meet learning goals and outcomes. Demonstrated experience conducting professional development opportunities and one on one client consultations is required. Experience with Lecture Recording/Capture solutions such as Panopto, TechSmith Relay, or Echo 360, Video conferencing tools such as Zoom, MS Teams, or Google Meet, and collaboration and engagement tools such as iClicker or Poll anywhere is required. Experience with assessment tools such as Turnitin and Crowdmark and with Multimedia authoring tools for content creation is also required.
**Skills**:

- Excellent writing skills, and the ability to write in a professional tone.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Able to speak in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner.
- Well-developed analytical and evaluative skills.
- Advanced working knowledge of Learning Management Systems such as Moodle, Canvas, or Brightspace.
- Ability to work independently to complete tasks set priorities, and work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member.
- Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy.
- Able to deal calmly and effectively with others using patience, compassion, and understanding.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively on multiple projects concurrently to meet defined deadlines.
- Strong demonstrated organizational skills in handling and prioritizing multiple and complex assignments.
- Ability to attend accurately to details.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.

- Ability and willingness to keep abreast of technological developments.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to write clear and concise procedural documentation.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and instruct others.
- Good working knowledge of web authoring tools such as WordPress.
- Knowledge of AODA, copyright, privacy, and Intellectual Property.
- Knowledgeable in project tracking using formal methodologies.
- Knowledge of sound pedagogical practices.
