Learning Technology Support Analyst

**Purpose**:
As a member of the Curriculum Innovation and Teaching Excellence office, this position will work closely with faculty members, academic administrative support staff and students to support the effective use of learning technology including Classroom and HyFlex AV technology, Canvas, Echo360, Qualtrics, Zoom, Teams, O365 and other tools.

**Education**:
Some post secondary education in Business, Administration, Technology or another relevant field.

**Experience**:
2 years recent experience in a customer-facing position having demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding service and support. Advanced knowledge of PC and Mac Operating Systems. Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JS) is an asset.

**Skills**:
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Able to perform data analyses and generate reports.
Ability to evaluate, assess, and prepare data files.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability to work independently, cooperatively as a member of a multi-functional team and ability to coordinate efforts and collaborate with a variety of individuals.
Ability to deal calmly, courteously, and effectively with people at multiple levels and build strong working relationships.
Excellent oral and written communication skills including ability to provide detailed information and answer questions in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and attention to detail skills.
Ability to exercise good judgment and initiative.
