**SUMMARY**
This position is responsible for tracking and processing RX lens warranty and lab quality claims returned by customers for credit. As well as bringing relevant feedback and examples to various internal departments for quality improvement purposes. They will work with the sales team to help control/reduce doctor redo through feedback that will help with customer education.

They will use various reporting tools to review and share data as well as take part in the North American team initiatives for claims reduction.

They will reach out directly to customers from time to time where it can be helpful in discussing an order or preventing a restart.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review incoming RX lens credit requests and check patient order history to validate eligibility.
- Process credits where eligible with appropriate discount and category codes
- Perform optical and/or cosmetic lens inspection on lab claims (instances where customer will not accept lenses or complete eyewear due to quality concern or error).
- Make calls to customer and/or to sales team to discuss or clarify quality concern, inspection technique, tolerances, or order workmanship.
- Help to ensure that the Customer Care and Pre-Production staff are selecting the correct category and reason codes when entering redo and warranty orders and provide feedback to leaders.
- Take the lead in summarizing weekly and monthly analysis of top claims reasons and action steps to improve.
- Takes the lead to regularly review the overall credit issuing process to ensure that it is efficient, customer centric, following corporate policies, and fiscally responsible. Provides ideas for improvement to the leadership team.
- Responsible for submitting frame reimbursement requests to Sales Support for credit.
- Process monthly TM credit requests.

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 3 years of Optical lab and/or dispensing experience
- Customer Service experience
- Bilingual an asset but not required.
- Understanding of DVI operating system is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- Optical Lab and/or Dispensing: 3 years (required)

**Language**:
