**Company Overview**:Cloudpark Logistics is a leading transportation company dedicated to providing reliable and efficient logistics solutions. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Billing and Invoicing Specialist. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless financial operations of the company, with a focus on billing, invoicing, payroll, and tender creation.

**Responsibilities**:
**Billing and Invoicing**:Generate accurate and timely invoices for services rendered to clients.
Verify and reconcile billing data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Address any discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Maintain organized records of billing transactions.

**Payroll Processing**:Oversee payroll activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to update employee records and resolve payroll issues.
Stay informed about relevant payroll laws and regulations.

**Tender Creation**:Assist in the creation of transportation tenders and proposals.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.

**Documentation and Recordkeeping**:Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to billing, invoicing, payroll, and tenders.
Prepare and provide reports as needed for internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in billing, invoicing, payroll, or a related financial role within the transportation or logistics industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with transportation and logistics terminology is a plus.

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Brampton, ON L6T 0C4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brampton, ON L6T 0C4
