**About The Role**

Gunnebo Canada is hiring a **Hybrid Invoicing and Billing Coordinator **to join our growing Invoicing team and will report to the Finance Department. If you have recently graduated from college and you are looking to launch your Finance career, this would be a good place to start

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with all departments to improve company cash flow and working capital
- Accurately issuing and distributing a high volume of invoices based on customer-specific rates
- Pro-Actively drive higher invoicing volume and value for the month
- Collaborate with sales and operations team to ensure that all:

- Costs and billable activities are invoiced with customer-specific rates
- Ensure required back-up is documented and attached
- Ensure National and Regular Billing has all screening information that ties to invoices i.e. all invoices/billing must be auditable
- Maintain national customer’s portals including uploading invoices with supporting documents.
- Maintain customer portals and coordinate with sales, customer Facility Managers and operations to update work order status and to resolve all issues preventing the customer from paying invoices
- Prepare and complete required customer templates for consolidating billings
- Drive closing of invoices/Billing consistently over the month i.e. target to close 25% of the monthly invoices each week
- Follow up and coordinate with Branch Managers, sales and operations on required supporting documents for billing
- Identify and coordinate corrections of all issues that result in not receiving customer payments
- Help in streamlining the Invoicing/Billing process to achieve efficiencies
- Maintain and assign group IDs for AR customers
- Assist in month end closing and achieving branch targets
- Ability to perform against set and measured KPI’s
- May be asked to adjust work hours based on the time zones to ensure month end invoicing is complete across Canada.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
- Perform credit note analysis or other investigations as they pertain to cash flow
- National customer’s revenue analysis report for senior management on month end
- Run daily invoicing report to reconcile with the issuance of customer invoices
- Cash forecast report for AR team and Controller.
- Assisting the Credit & Collection team on various projects to improve processes.

**Job Requirements**
- Recent college graduate within the finance sector
- Experience with project billing is a definite asset
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Works well independently, takes direction well
- Punctual and reliable
- Must be detailed oriented, analytical and accurate
- Must possess good organizational, interpersonal and strong communication skills, as well as a demonstrated ability in problem-solving and responsiveness to the Sales and Operation needs.
- Flexible with working hours when needed
