**Overview**

The Business Enablement Services (BES) team offers project management and change & deployment services to help KPMG International manage projects and introduce products and services to the KPMG global network. In addition, we monitor investments for the KPMG Global Investment Committee and provide insight into the lifecycle of our KPMG International projects through a proprietary platform. Operating from the Office of the Global CAO, BES provides services to all of KPMG International.

The Change & Deployment (C&D) team offers change management and global deployment expertise across all functions in KPMG International. We serve as a center of excellence for change management driven global deployment, through the delivery of a global methodology, experienced resources, and proven tools to aide in the successful adoption of products and services within KPMG's network of member firms.

**Role Summary**

Working with the head of Change & Deployment, this role will serve as the Practice Manager for the organization, assisting in the management and growth of our global team. The Practice Manager will be responsible for working closely with team leaders to help accomplish the group's goals and to lead the operational aspects of running the group.

**What you will do**

Responsibility areas are wide-ranging and include the following:
**Service Development and Organizational Awareness**
- Develop and maintain our service offering, brand and identity content, key messages, and external communications materials
- Work collaboratively with the C&D Management team and BES Communications function to drive campaigns to enhance reputation and internal market presence through organizational outreach, knowledge sharing and communications efforts.
- Create and maintain a repository of internal client engagement qualifications
- Support preparation and delivery of internal pitch meetings and proposals, supporting prep and debrief meetings and participating in internal client presentations where appropriate, working alongside the C&D portfolio leads

**Group Strategic Planning and Management**
- Facilitate the preparation of the department's annual goals, business plan and priorities, monitor progress
- Facilitate regular team progress meetings that are productive, action-oriented and focused on priorities to implement the agreed department priorities
- Prepare for regular departmental reporting to members of BES/CAO leadership

**Knowledge Management**
- Work with team SME's to mature and transform the current methodology into a best-in-class team resource center, and work to extend this resource across the KPMG network as part of the evolution of our Center of Excellence expansion
- Refine and implement team Design and Close-out quality review processes, to ensure programs leverage the full experience of our team, and capture and embed lessons learned and new leading practices
- Identify and implement improvements to the processes and tools used by engagement teams and suppliers, in support of continuous improvement to team and internal customer experience
- Work with discipline leads in the department to develop and maintain guidance and tools to enable repeatable delivery and team capability development (change management, communications, training, global deployment)
- Assist with developing and conducting department knowledge sharing sessions within the team, with broader global functions, and our Center of Excellence community of practice

**Team Development**
- Organize department meetings, trainings, and events
- Work with team and discipline leads to identify recommended training courses and develop learning pathways to achieve development objectives
- Assist in monitoring utilization of team members in the department and support Performance Management Leads in identifying professional development opportunities and other talent needs
- Coordinate with Global HR, recruiting teams and Staffing Suppliers regarding hiring and onboarding of full-time employees and contractors
- Support the development of our supplier and offshore strategy for efficiency gains and low-cost resource augmentation
