- This full-time (40-hours-per-week) role will be based in Toronto and will follow a hybrid remote-work schedule (in person every other day).

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Get involved in various levels of recruitment support (schedule meetings, background check, interviews, etc)
- Create employee documentation to support various lifecycle events (offer letters, terminations, changes, verification)
- Assist with the results annual employee opinion survey
- Update internal Sharepoint site to reflect current policies and relevant information
- Coordinate various learning event activities
- Work on improving our onboarding process/program
- Create various reports and trackers

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Enrolled in 3rd or 4th year University program in related field and/or HR post-certificate program
- Technically savvy. Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and Office 365. PowerBi (nice to have)
- Effective time management, task prioritization, and ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; builds relationships quickly
- Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
- Demonstrable ability to maintain and preserve strict confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Takes pride in going above and beyond
