This opportunity is for a Sales Administrator supporting the Wholegoods sales function, working with various departments and branches across HJV Equipment. This is a full-time, permanent position, located in our head office in Alliston.

This role works closely with the Inventory Manager and Sales Administrators with logistics coordination & inventory administration. The position reports to the Inventory Manager, with a dotted line to the senior Sales Administrator.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- **Logistics Coordination**_

Responsible for Wholegoods logistic coordination.

Tracks orders with manufacturers and coordinate shipping in coordination with Whole Goods Inventory manager and staff

Assists carriers with equipment transfers, PO’s, customer documentation, permits etc.
- Wholegoods Sales Administration & Inventory support_

Provides invoicing to customers and/or salesmen for equipment delivery

Responsible for keeping open order report up to date.

Responsible for registering equipment for warranty - track deliveries & register all applicable equipment

Set up equipment with stock numbers in our business operating system

Update status of stock numbers and keep notes in the system as to pertinent information

Track inventory locations & hours (trades coming in, demos, rentals, etc.)

Develop improved methods for inventory tracking

Performs AP entry to support sales administrator

Learns the business and product availability, use, and benefits

Completing special projects relating to inventory management & sales administration.

Ensures adherence to relevant policies and applicable legislation, Health & Safety policies and applicable legislation

**EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**:
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities

Supply chain management/logistic experience a strong asset

Some understanding of accounting fundamentals (accounting/bookkeeping)

Takes initiative, problem solver

Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills

Strong customer service skills

Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Confidentiality of data is essential

Experience with logistics coordination & customs is a strong asset

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting or bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
