The Executive Assistant plays a vital role within the Executive Team, providing essential support and efficiently managing multiple tasks within specified timeframes and deadlines. **Title**: Executive Assistant
**Salary**: $72,841 - $91,051 - $100,156 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 Hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am - 3pm)
**Location**: Fraser Salish Region -Surrey Office (Hybrid - minimum 50% in the offices)

**About the role**
As Executive Assistant, you will provide executive level administration to the VP of Operations, Fraser Salish Region and reports directly to the Manager of Regional Operations. You will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, initiative and independence, as well as the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes and shifting deadlines. Additionally, you will be required to track and follow-up on various action items and ensure the completion of the assignment or task in a timely manner on behalf of the VP of Operations. Flexibility, responsiveness and rapid availability are essential.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
- A diploma in business/office administration, plus 4 to 6 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including support at VP level, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Experience in a senior administration capacity, supporting VP level or higher positions
- Experience working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Experience working with BC First Nations communities and/or organizations
- Experience working with Senior and Executive level management
- Knowledge of the FNHA, and its structure and inter-dependencies

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.

As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
