We’ve developed intelligent systems that can automate documentation tasks for our customers for government reporting purposes. Now, we’re searching for an Technical Success Manager to take a pivotal role in building and growing our product as we scale

Now, we are looking for someone who is socially adept and technically savvy to help our customers through challenging and complex software workflows while keeping them happy through a positive and caring attitude.

- Our customers come from science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM)
- Our platform helps automate once arduous documentation tasks through AI algorithms
- Each customer is involved in R&D and using our software to track their team’s work

**What you'll do**:

- Guide customers through technical workflows within our software
- Work with the development team on building and improving new features and integrations
- Report software issues to the engineering team and verifying subsequent fixes
- Leading project scoping and discovery sessions with new software customers
- Provide live support to customers experiencing live technical issues
- Provide training and onboarding services for new clients
- Refine best practices and documenting them in our knowledge base system

**About you**:

- 3+ years in a customer success, account management, or related role
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar IT field degree
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with concepts from STEM industries
- Experience providing technical support to customers in some capacity
- Strong interpersonal skills to keep our clients as happy as possible
