**Your Role as a Technical Success Manager**:

- **Developer-Client Liaison**: Your ability to draft precise, actionable Jira tickets will bridge the knowledge gap, allowing developers to seamlessly address client needs without extensive product-specific briefings.
- **Technical Discovery**: Spearhead sessions that get to the root of technical requirements, ensuring our solutions are both innovative and relevant.
- **Process Development**: Ongoing monitoring and optimization of the process to adapt to changing conditions, improve efficiency, and maintain product quality.
- **P**roblem Resolution**: Provide timely, technically-sound support to resolve complex software challenges, minimizing disruption and maximizing user satisfaction.
- **Documentation Expertise**: Contribute technical best practices and solutions to our knowledge base, reinforcing our position at the industry's cutting edge.

**You are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related IT discipline.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical support, system implementation, or a related technical domain.
- You are a lifelong learner - always curious and looking to consistently upgrading your skills through reading, taking courses, or attending workshops.
- Strong technical communication skills, bridging client-developer interactions with clarity and efficiency.
