**A Day in the Life**:
Invoicing (monthly progress invoices, project change orders, holdback invoices)

Accounts receivable

Company credit cards - collecting, coding, and submitting reports

Change orders

Job file setup/maintenance

General office maintenance/organization, ordering supplies

Answer phones

Process incoming and outgoing mail

Coordinate meetings and events

Managing of contracts

Issue purchase orders

Be the first line of contact with customers

Small tools program ordering and inventory

**What You Bring**:
Previous experience working in an office administration-type role

Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal essential

Able to pay strong attention to detail

Effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds

Experience working in a construction environment is an asset
