**Your mandate: revolutionize the world of transportation, while**:

- Working with the global talent organization in a fun and fast-paced environment
- Developing recruitment strategies and recommendations based on exceptional data analysis and metrics-driven execution
- Reviewing job descriptions for benchmarking against industry salary data
- Meeting with hiring managers to understand the scope of their openings and the background, skillsets, and qualifications deemed necessary for success in the role
- Maintaining records on recruiting activities to maintain compliance with record retention requirements. Creating and reporting on recruiting critical metrics such as effective hiring sources, time to fill, etc.
- Any other related tasks

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 8+ years’ experience technical recruiting in-house or external recruiting firms
- Fluent in French/ English
- Strong customer-focus attitude and eager to deliver a satisfied customer experience
- ATS experience (SuccessFactors)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills / interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Strategic thinking / priority setting
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
