POSITION DESCRIPTION & SCOPE The Marketing and Sales Coordinator touches all sales and marketing activities - and acts as the center to coordinate and enable successful execution - focused on integrating activities, calendar/timelines, customer service, samples and marketing operations. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will require exceptional organization and communication skills as well as executional excellence. The ideal Marketing & Sales Coordinator is a highly organized planner who is able to keep big-picture goals in mind easily adapting to shifting needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Activation & Operations
- Samples Coordination & Management: Organize and execute coordination and fulfillment of samples across all business models in USA and Canada - both finished samples as well as R&D samples.
- Management of Marketing Materials: Create and update marketing materials such as presentations, sell sheets, packaging, booth and materials for trade shows
- Website Management: Updating and manage all aspects of our Web Page, including retail location finder
- Asset Management & Internal Systems Management (Dropbox, SharePoint, Inventory of POS, SWAG): Organization, clean-up, gate keeper of multiple electronic storage system and inventory of marketing materials, POS, SWAG, including repository of brand assets. Sales Enablement, Event Activation & Customer Experience
- Marketing Operations: Coordinate trackers, commercial requests and calendar
- Sales & Marketing Event Coordination: Coordinate and manage calendar, timelines, materials and communication for key marketing & sales events & customer tastings
- Trade Show Management: Organize details for retail trade shows, consumer shows and table tops - including all paperwork, communicating with organizer and coordination, with support of external agency.
- Sales Team Liaising: Facilitates selling material requests including merchandising tools and sell sheets Consumer Relations & Customer Service
- Customer Service: Execute order entry, order management, and billing for Canadian customers.

EXPERIENCE:

- 1-2 years experience (internships accepted) in customer marketing or marketing and/or degree in marketing plus experience with event management at University
- University or College degree in business preferred
- Experience in small to mid-sized entrepreneurial companies or startups in the North American market (Nice to Have)
- Experience in CPG, Natural Food or Health & Wellness (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Customer Service or Consumer Relations (Nice to Have)

EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree
