CRM & Marketing Administrator / E-commerce Website

Since 1996, Rev-Amp has led the way in refurbishing and wholesaling industrial electrical equipment. Our goal is to remain a leader and competitive. To that end, we are searching for a tech-savvy marketing person to fill the newly created position of CRM & E-Commerce Administrator.
Job Purpose: This position is responsible for managing and optimizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system along with assuming the role of project lead for the implementation of the company’s E-Commerce website and eBay selling platform.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- CRM management including customizations, optimizations, workflow and reporting.
- Marketing automation administration
- Search engine optimization ( e.g. manage Google Ad word)
- Manage all add-ons for CRM and marketing automation software, support and integration.
- Creates and maintains CRM procedures and processes specific to REV-AMP for sales and marketing.
- Builds custom reports and dashboards specific to job functions.
- Imports and exports data as required to synchronize back-end systems.
- Analyzes sales and marketing data, documents and reports to senior management on a regular basis.
- Secures systems by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures; completing back-ups; maintaining documentation.
- Maintains control of access rights, security settings and user privileges.
- Collaborates and communicates with all departments to ensure appropriate use of CRM.
- Plans and provides systems training for all new users; trains users on updates to the systems.
- Updates job knowledge by tracking emerging Internet technologies; researches best practices in marketing and sales; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Maintain and populate ecommerce website and eBay store with new products, keep good organization by conducting product inventory, create new listing and fill orders.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in the fields of marketing and/or information technology.
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing or sales administration which has contributed to an understanding of sales and marketing best practices and processes.
- Experience working within a CRM system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Tech-savvy
- able to troubleshoot technical problems and be proactive in seeking out and recommending new technology.
- Experience working with marketing automation, (e.g. Google Ad Word)
- Advanced web site administration skills.
- Strong data management skills.
- Comfortable providing training and support.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to manage internal and external relations effectively.
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Continuous learner
- Able to work as a team member and/ or independently.
**Salary**: $48,000.00 per year
