**Your Role in Our Journey**
The E-Commerce Operations Specialist will play a key role in ensuring Inspired Go’s website and online store operate smoothly and effectively. This role will focus on product listings, group and catering orders, content updates, and other e-commerce tasks that support our expanding operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage platforms like Shopify, Shogun, Klaviyo, and Recharge to optimize our e-commerce presence. Extreme attention to detail is essential, as you’ll be handling the setup and management of our customer-facing site content.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Product Management**: Manage and update product listings on Shopify, ensuring all details are accurate, up-to-date, and reflective of current offerings.
- **Order Coordination**: Process group and catering orders, adhering to established protocols for consistency and quality.
- **Content and Website Updates**: Use Shogun to make content updates, support new city launches, and make design changes as needed.
- **Subscription Management**: Oversee subscription setup and updates in Recharge to support recurring customer orders.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work with marketing, operations, and other teams to implement e-commerce initiatives.
- **Website Monitoring**: Regularly monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to improve user experience.
- **Metrics and Reporting**: Collect data on key e-commerce metrics to help inform business decisions.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Manage user permissions in Shopify, handle occasional invoicing for catering, and coordinate with marketing agencies on site changes.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Shogun is an asset; experience with Recharge is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, with a track record of managing multiple projects accurately and on time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot website issues.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
**Location**:
- Remote or Onsite (Calgary Preferred)
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Annual salary of $50,000 - $70,000.
