**Position Summary**
To support the Sales Manager
To organize and operate the dealership lease portfolio
Inventory control
To ensure correct pricing on every vehicle for sale on the lot and in the showroom
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
- Stock in of all new & pre owned vehicles
- Ensure all required paperwork is present for each pre owned vehicle, including:
i) Registration
ii) Carfax
iii) ACH paperwork (if applicable)
- Request lien release letters and ICBC detailed damage reports as required
- Ensure key tags and price stickers are printed for all vehicles, new and pre-owned
- Ensure all manuals and spare keys are filed away
- Notify all relevant sales people and managers of sold new vehicle arrivals
- Create wholesale invoices and bill of sales, send the registrations and track the pick-up of the vehicles
- Create invoices and organize the transport for dealer trades
- Organize vehicle shipping where required
- Input vendor invoices
- Track lease vehicles and measure retention of lease customers
- Pre-ground and ground returned lease vehicles when required
- Assist for new & used inventory control on daily and monthly basis
- Pre Owned description on autoTRADER
- Select Correct options at CarGurus
- Pre Owned car market data collection
- Reprice aging pre owned vehicles
- Ensure feature sheets are present on all “for sale” vehicles
- Answer inquires from customers and staff promptly
- While on duty, mobile phone is used only for business purposes or for emergency calls
**Minimum Qualifications**:
Grade 12
**Required knowledge, skills, and abilities**:
Reynolds and Reynolds ERA system training
**Experience**:
Reynolds and Reynolds ERA system operation
Basic computer skills
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
